Choose from many different exercises and create your own workout in just a few easy steps. When tapping on an exercise, you will see which muscle groups are going to be targeted. The higher the intensity, the darker the color on “your body”. The exercises are also divided into the different workout types, such as CrossFit, cardio or bodyweight training. You can individualize each exercise by adding weight, reps and sets. That way you can quickly create your favorite workouts and always have them with you.

BODYUPDATE

Keep track!
The bodyupdate supports you in keeping track of your personal info. Adding height, weight, diet, goals etc. does not only help you focus on your goals and progress. You will also find people with similar goals in your recommendations, as well as workouts you might like and that will help you reach your personal fitness goals.
POST

Just post it!
The feed shows your friends’ posts, as well as your own content. You cannot only post texts or photos, but also share your own workouts with your community. The frontside of your workouts show the targeted muscle groups. Once you “flip” the workout, you’ll see all the important info, such as exercises, reps, and sets. If you want, you can add a photo to your workout and post it right away.
